Welcome, I'm Alex! The therapeutic relationship is one of healing, trust, no judgement, vulnerability and playfulness. I believe in challenging people to work past their blind spots and try to understand their internal world on a deeper level. I help clients embrace their shadow parts and feeling congruent to be their true selves. I have worked the past 8 years in the forensic field along with providing trauma therapy to individuals. I love working with teens, couples and individuals who are ready to dive deep! With 8 years of experience in the therapy field and a featured appearance on VICE News, I specialize in aiding individuals dealing with a range of challenges, including narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, complex grief, OCD, anxiety, depression, and various personality disorders. My expertise extends to existential and spiritual crises, women’s issues, toxic relationships, racial oppression, men’s issues, couples therapy, and paranormal activity. In the realm of forensics, I have worked with both men who have committed sexual offenses and victims of crime. Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Jungian archetype, dream work, and other humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, I assist clients in processing trauma. My practice incorporates a creative lens, incorporating symbols, art, dreams, and nature to navigate internal and external worlds.
